 We all have busy lives and for many, attending council meetings is just not possible. Many rely on the media as the primary source of information regarding the actions of their elected officials. 

Minutes are the official public record of the City.  Minutes also provide a more detailed summary of actions taken by the Board at the Regular, Recess, and Special Call meetings.
