A Special Call Meeting of the Mayor and Board of Aldermen of the City of Ocean Springs was called to order by Mayor Ainsworth at 8:00 a.m. on June 4, 2004, at City Hall in the City of Ocean Springs. Present were Aldermen Jalanivich, McDonnell, Cody and Dalgo, and Interim City Clerk Diane Northrop. Aldermen Lloyd, Carvin and Gill and City Attorney Oscar Jordan were absent.
Mayor Ainsworth read aloud the following Special Call:
