SPECIAL CALL MEETING OF JANUARY 15, 2003

A Special Call Meeting of the Mayor and Board of Aldermen of the City of Ocean Springs was called to order by Mayor Ainsworth at 5:45 p.m. on January 15, 2003, at City Hall in the City of Ocean Springs. Present were Aldermen Jalanivich, Lloyd, Carvin and Gill, and City Clerk Adrienne Howell. Aldermen McDonnell, Cody and Dalgo, and City Attorney Oscar Jordan were absent.

Mayor Ainsworth read aloud the following Special Call:

(Mary C. O’Keefe Cultural Center – Building Funds for the Arts – Resolution)

Motion by Lloyd, seconded by Jalanivich, to adopt the above and foregoing Resolution.

VOTING AYE Aldermen Jalanivich, Lloyd and Gill

VOTING NAY Alderman Carvin

ABSENT AND NOT VOTING Aldermen McDonnell, Cody and Dalgo

The matter regarding impact fees administration was removed from the agenda and no action was taken.

Motion by Jalanivich, seconded by Lloyd, to adjourn.
