SPECIAL CALL MEETING OF AUGUST 29, 2002

A Special Call Meeting of the Mayor and Board of Aldermen of the City of Ocean Springs was called to order by Mayor Ainsworth at 6:00 p.m. on August 29, 2002, at City Hall in the City of Ocean Springs. Present were Aldermen Jalanivich, Lloyd, Carvin, Dalgo and Gill, City Attorney Oscar Jordan and City Clerk Adrienne Howell. Aldermen McDonnell and Cody were absent.

Mayor Ainsworth read aloud the following Special Call:

(Lemon-Mohler Insurance Invoice)

Motion by Jalanivich, seconded by Gill, to pay the invoice from Lemon-Mohler Insurance Agency in the total amount of $52,732.00 for building and contents insurance on city buildings.

Motion by Dalgo, seconded by Carvin, to adopt the budget amendments for FYE 2002 as presented.

Motion by Dalgo, seconded by Carvin, to adopt the above and foregoing order and authorize the City Clerk to advertise those items that exceed 10% of the originally adopted budget.
