A Special Call Meeting of the Mayor and Board of Aldermen of the City of Ocean Springs was called to order by Mayor Ainsworth at 5:30 p.m. on August 27, 2002, at City Hall in the City of Ocean Springs. Present were Aldermen Jalanivich, Lloyd, McDonnell, Carvin and Dalgo, and City Clerk Adrienne Howell. Aldermen Cody and Gill, and City Attorney Oscar Jordan were absent.
Mayor Ainsworth read aloud the following Special Call:

(Change Order No. 2 – Mary C. O’Keefe Cultural Center – Insurance Coverage)
Motion by McDonnell, seconded by Dalgo, to accept Architect Carl Germany’s recommendation to allow Fletcher Construction Co., Inc. to add to the existing Builder’s Risk Insurance Policy on the Mary C. O’Keefe Cultural Center, increasing the coverage to $3,000,000.00 which expires April 15, 2003, and to approve Change Order No. 2 in the amount of $25,779.06 to cover the cost of the additional insurance premium.
