A Special Call Meeting of the Mayor and Board of Aldermen of the City of Ocean Springs was called to order by Mayor Ainsworth at 8:00 a.m. on August 24, 2001, at City Hall in the City of Ocean Springs. Present were Aldermen Jalanivich, Lloyd, McDonnell, Cody, Dalgo and Gill, and City Clerk Adrienne Howell. Alderman Carvin and City Attorney Oscar Jordan were absent.

Mayor Ainsworth read aloud the following Special Call:

Motion by Cody, seconded by Jalanivich, to approve Application and Certificate for Payment No. 1 from Reflectech, Inc. in the amount of $78,797.50 regarding the Mary C. O’Keefe Center roof, but to pay only $70,000.00 of that amount at this time.
